Elaine Walsh Director of Finance

Elaine joined Family Nursing & Home Care (FNHC) in February 2021, as Director of Finance.

She is responsible for all aspects of finance and the management of FNHC premises across the Island. She supports the Operational Teams in delivering expert care for FNHC clients and their families.

As member of the senior management team at Family Nursing & Home Care, she is also responsible for supporting the organisation in the development of the services to meet the needs of Islanders now and in the future.

Prior to joining Family Nursing & Home Care, Elaine gained experience across a number of financial services sectors including reinsurance, wholesale banking, private wealth and securities services.

Moving to Jersey from London in 2015, Elaine worked in the financial sector as Chief Finance Officer, delivering significant premises, organisational and systems redesign to support the business’s future requirements.

Elaine is a member of Jersey’s Institute of Directors (IoD), chairing the Environmental Sub Committee.
