Support for Adults

Family Nursing & Home Care (FNHC) provide expert care to adults in the Jersey community who need healthcare or support in their homes.

Our District Nursing services include bladder and bowel care, wound care, palliative care and end of life care. They also manage all other long term conditions. Our nurses have deep extensive expertise in the provision of care in these areas.

Kindness is a priority: to our patients, partners and each other. Our nurses and colleagues work with patients to understand their needs, applying our expertise to deliver the best possible care with dignity at the core of our service. We have the courage to do things differently and strive to provide innovation and new levels of care to the community.
